Millpond Mercantile sits at the original site of the historic mill in the township of Elk, Wa that was the hub of building materials in the early 1900's. Now, 100 years later, the Millpond is back with a new concept in environmentally friendly Green building products!

Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF's) are modular blocks made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and are used to build concrete walls, floors and ceilings for both residential and commercial applications.

By providing superior inventory, accessories, experience, training and support, we can ensure your success in all your building needs for both the professional or the motivated Do It Yourself-er.
